Many organisations suffer from poor communication from top down, bottom up and within sub teams. This can be down to a lack of self awareness (whether that be from an individual or culturally as a team/organisation), which unmonitored can lead to serious issues affecting performance.
Even organisations that claim to support staff to communicate effectively and help with self-awareness are woefully under resourced leading to problems which continue to manifest over time. In this area most are only paying lip service.
We deliver highly effective workshops aimed at improving self-awareness in organisations, as well as finding solutions to team dynamics and communication.
This is a team specific service where all employees are encouraged to attend no matter how good they think they are at communication. We also run workshops in conjunction with management teams in organisations to help them identify signs of stress, personal issues or addictive behaviours amongst their employees. This often leads to one on one counselling with members of staff who need support to overcome depression, bipolar disorder or mild to serious addiction in order to help them and the organisation they work for.
